A few Clintonites, like pollster Mark Penn, have clout without real estate. Others, like Al Gore’s chief of staff, Ron Klain, pull strings from the Old Executive Office Building next door. Klain, though, may have a hard time finding his boss. The veep boasts no fewer than four offices–one in the Capitol, where he presides over the Senate, one in the West Wing, one in the OEOB and one at his home up Massachusetts Avenue.
